– Accepted payment methods will be disclosed by your dealer

4. Cancellation and Changes
– You may cancel a quote at any time before ordering foam without penalty
– After foam is ordered, cancellation may result in restocking or shipping fees
– We will disclose any applicable fees before charging them

5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
– Provide accurate building information and site access
– Provide a suitable job site with reasonable installation conditions
– Pay agreed amounts within the timelines discussed with your dealer

6. Warranty and Limitations
– Spray-foam workmanship warranty is provided by your dealer or installer per their standard terms
– FoamInsulated is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
– Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job at issue

7. Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree to receive email and SMS communications about your quote and job. You may opt out at any time.

8. Intellectual Property
All site content, logos, and materials belong to FoamInsulated or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Surry County, North Carolina.
